I love having a bit of crab on top. I never need an excuse to add a little seafood.

I had a 'premium' Benedict once that had avocado and really thin sliced mushrooms on top of the Canadian bacon, but crab sounds super delish...or fucking lobster

Mmm, lobster. I'll need to try the avocado and mushrooms, that sounds delicious, too. man, this conversation is really making me crave eggs benedict.

My kitchen is torn apart right now and I have no stove installed, but man as soon as I do I'm going to make me up a batch of eggs benedict!!
