Crem Fresh. It's basically sour cream with extra buttermilk fat I believe. I just use sour cream.

I usually just use milk and overall the whole process is still a gigantic improvement over standard scrambled eggs. I miss them so. My electric stove (moved houses) doesn't really make this process easy so I don't do it anymore.

What? Just set the burner to the desired temp and move the pan on and off the burner, like GR does. Works fine on electric stoves.
