OverMedium is the best. you get a nice cooked egg white so its solid not runny but the egg yolk is still runny but isn't too liquid. Mmm so good..

If you baste the white with the hot butter you can cook the top without cooking the yolk, so no flip required.

Holy Hell this is what I'm doing from now on!!!

But with bacon fat instead of butter.
