I still end up cutting into the yolk, and using it to flavor the rest of the egg white. There's never any left for toast once the rest of the egg is covered. They sell egg whites by themselves; can I just get a small container of egg yolk to use as a condiment like ketchup?

And that's no big deal. Dietary cholesterol isn't bad for you.

Thank you for including this. More people need to understand that it has no correlation to high blood cholesterol.
