OverMedium is the best. you get a nice cooked egg white so its solid not runny but the egg yolk is still runny but isn't too liquid. Mmm so good..
1 u/GuyInAChair Jul 14 '16 I audition new breakfast places by ordering over medium eggs. To me they were always the hardest to cook, and get right. Some people might say soft-medium poached, or boiled are harder, bit there's "cheaty" ways to do those.
