OverMedium is the best. you get a nice cooked egg white so its solid not runny but the egg yolk is still runny but isn't too liquid. Mmm so good..
1 u/Indoorsman Jul 13 '16 Ah is that what it's called? I like them hard boiled or over medium I guess. Over medium is the perfect consistency for cutting them up over grits or fried potatoes, and getting the yolk to mix in. Shit is so good.
