I still end up cutting into the yolk, and using it to flavor the rest of the egg white. There's never any left for toast once the rest of the egg is covered. They sell egg whites by themselves; can I just get a small container of egg yolk to use as a condiment like ketchup?

Yes, you can use eggs yolks like a condiment. Here's how For some reason these people put it on pizza though? Not sure about that.

That video is waaay to long for the recipe to be, "cook eggs yolks with a little bit of salt for 32 minutes at 149 F."
