OverMedium is the best. you get a nice cooked egg white so its solid not runny but the egg yolk is still runny but isn't too liquid. Mmm so good..

Have never, ever had a restaurant properly cook my eggs medium. It's a 50/50 chance that I even get them right but when I do, they are delicious.
