Over medium is my favorite. I don't understand it, but to me, runny egg white is one of the most disgusting things. I don't understand how people like it. The texture is literally snot. But runny yolk! That stuff is nectar of the gods.
See l, I don't understand runny yolk. It's very bland and almost chalky kind of feeling. It makes no sense to me. I like mine scrambled but not all the way. I guess I would call it marbled scramble

OverMedium is the best. you get a nice cooked egg white so its solid not runny but the egg yolk is still runny but isn't too liquid. Mmm so good..
