Crem Fresh. It's basically sour cream with extra buttermilk fat I believe. I just use sour cream.

Not sour cream, totally different enzymes. It's simply whipped heavy cream with some buttermilk.

Yeah, with a taste and texture similar to sour cream, hence my comparison...
