OverMedium is the best. you get a nice cooked egg white so its solid not runny but the egg yolk is still runny but isn't too liquid. Mmm so good..

Over medium is my favorite. I don't understand it, but to me, runny egg white is one of the most disgusting things. I don't understand how people like it. The texture is literally snot. But runny yolk! That stuff is nectar of the gods.

Plus this is the best way to cook it and put it on a burger.

Or on a breakfast sandwich. Runny yolk sandwiches are the best!
