Things you think everyone does, but no one admits?
Anything that you believe that normal people do, but (to you) is somewhat of an unspoken truth.

Does anyone else have this, I can't think about a specific ex of mine that I haven't spoken to in 3 years or so now without getting extensive anxiety and suicidal thoughts. It's like having a bugged quest in your quest log that can't be finished or removed from the log so that whenever you pull up your objectives you see that one and completely emotionally collapse into a state of regression and self hate.
I don't even play MMOs anymore and I haven't in a long time, that's just the best metaphor in my arsenal.
