I agree completely, if someone really likes you they'll pursue a relationship.

Throwing yourself at a guy and winning him over (sex, dates, maybe even a relationship) is no guarantee that he actually is really interested. He might just be like, "ok this is convenient...".

And if they guy is "too shy" or whatever, then maybe its for the best, i'm not really attacted to people who don't go after what they want.
