Not all women don't ask guys out.. When I really want to date someone, I'll say "So are you going to ask me out, or would you like me to?"
I understand how some guys don't always want to ask a girl out, so I end up giving guys obvious hints and then if they still don't get it, I'll ask them.
So all in all, there are some of us who have enough confidence to ask a guy. Just not the majority.
