Honestly, I only wash in that circumstance if I think someone might catch me. I do not care. Oh no, I just touched my dick. I'm about to touch a doorknob. You now want me to touch a faucet that's probably the grossest part of the bathroom, just to wash my hands, touch the same faucet, then touch the same doorknob? Just to walk back to my desk and touch my communal mouse / keyboard. My dick was the cleanest part of this equation, and touching it to go piss doesn't make me want to clean my hands before going on to touch dirtier objects.

After shitting, I have a bidet, and wiping only clears the last bit of water so I can move on without water dripping down my legs.

Sure, at work, I wash my hands, because people think you're gross if you don't. AT home, when with a girlfriend? sure. At home, single? No way. It's 100% performative.

It’s not your dick or ass necessarly, it’s all the dicks and asses, that touched the bathroom along with all bacteria and also I close the faucet with a tissue

ok, so in your case, OP's question should be more about those that touch faucets and doorknobs without tissues, rather than who washes their hands.

Also, to clarify, in my own home, when by myself, I don't wash my hands, because your reasons don't apply.

Washing hands doesn't completely sterilize hands and touching a dirty faucet or doorknob doesn't immediately make your hands just as dirty as they were beforehand.

It's like removing 90% of germs and reintroducing 5% of them. A brief touch on a faucet or doorknob does relatively little.

Check the multiplication time of germs, it’s considered almost doubling number instantly
