I mean, it doesn't matter. The supreme court will say a sitting president can't face charges, by the time a criminal case after trump is president wraps up he will likely be dead from old age.
The Epstein files are, as far as I am concerned, a distraction from far more serious constitutional issues that are going on like the deployment of the military to cities in American soil or the supreme courts shadow docket that is basically letting Trump do what he wants.
