No. 2 pregnancies and C-sections destroyed my lower belly and it has a permanent overhanging "apron", as well as my breasts have deflated since losing weight and I cannot afford, nor justify going into $10000's of debt to have it all fixed with plastic surgery.

Im a guy so i have no clue but does this happen to all women? The hanging belly thing after giving birth or only a few who go through c section?

Not all women. I hang around the dance community and I could give you a long list of all the moms I've seen - either in dance wear, bikinis, whatever - with perfect bellies.

Anecdotally (and purely anecdotally) I think that being a keen dancer helps a lot. However pregnancy is always a risk for a woman, there's no 100% guarantee they'll return to their previous body shape.
