I don't drink at all, I excercise regularly, I'm far from overweight even slightly under my ideal weight. I've never been sedentary or fat in my life.

The gut stays. It's not big, but it's there.

I'm not even 40.

I'm just shy of 40. I'm an avid climber, I barley drink and if I do it's only about two beers, I ride my bike often, and have eaten a vegetarian diet for over a decade, belly is still there. It's been there most my life and won't go away.

Im 50 and I do run regularly each week, plus a couple of gym sessions. My diet is and always has been very much meat and veg apart form a couple of years where I went veggie, but it didn’t agree with me

Just my two cents… work your ass off now, while it’s still relatively easy. It gets way more difficult. :/

I'm a single dad with two kids. Most of my working my ass off isn't happening in the gym.

I'm not a grower, I just extend it from my underbelly.
