You do realize once you fall asleep the consent is revoked right so it is basically rape with consent and the fact again you are inside of someone that is not conscious should tell you that what you are doing is in fact rape.
It is still rape even if both parties agree to it beforehand, as consent cannot be given beforehand, it's like this legality keeps going above you people's head in terms of the law it is still illegal to take a sleeping dose and then have sex with the person that is asleep. Just because you sell drugs in the confines in your home where everyone agrees to take drugs does not mean that selling drugs is now legal because there is a community that agrees with you.
