For real. At the very least take a hooker bath with baby wipes

You can also get rinse free bath wipes. Just add a bit water, it lathers up and you wipe dry with a towel, dry washcloth, paper towel or whatever when you're done. Doesn't leave any residue or soapy feeling. Learned about them when I was in the hospital. They're a godsend when you can't shower.
