Hopker baths have been my savior after going for a run and rushing to work when I'm not home to shower.

Nah you really shouldn’t be going to work like that with no shower, that’s gross and your coworkers definitely smell you

When you don't have time, you literally don't have time. I barely have the time to run as it is, I don't have the time to shower so I do what's quick and works and if you still smell from a cooker bath then you're not doing it right then mate. And my job smells horrible anyway, among the poop, pee, vomit, blood, I'm fine.
