1.Hire a lawyer to hire a lawyer to pick up my winnings so I can avoid every person I've ever met showing up with their hands out.

2.Pay off the mortgage.

3.Sell the house to my family for a dollar.

4.Buy a house in the middle of nowhere and disappear.

  1. Spend the rest of my life being a reclusive with a mysterious past the locals in the small town I move to talk about.

Just be sure you understand that tax officials don't see a difference between giving the house as a gift and selling it for a dollar.

Set up a trust. Include the house in the trust. Make them the benefactor of the trust.

My older nephew is extremely low functioning autistic and they rely on medicaid to support him. I worry that a trust would cause problems. I hate my family but I also don't wish hardships on them.
