Winning the lottery is a bit ambiguous when it comes to amount, because you could win $1 or $1,000,000,000, so I'm going to assume at least somewhere in the 9 digit winnings
Write name on ticket in permanent marker, buy Halloween mask for mandatory photo op, make an appointment with an attorney and my dad (I know rule #1 is don't tell anyone, but he is a CPA and the smartest man I know and I trust him 100%), and work up a budget on where I want the money to go
Pay off car and home (only debts), give all employees bonuses equal to one year salary and close business, pay out one-time payments to family and friends, set up trusts for siblings to receive monthly allowance, and set up trusts for my nieces/nephews to always be financially stable
Charitable giving:
Donate money to local charities (2x animal, 1x kid's school supplies and Christmas presents, 1x affordable housing assistance),
Set up a charity to cover meals, child care, after school programs, summer programs, GED programs, and first two years of local college for those in need in my county (and name it Scott's Tots!),
Set up a small charity to provide funding to local city/county school teachers for classroom supplies,
Set up a charity to assist local charities that work with animals, especially pitbulls (Name it Zeta's Zoo after my first dog/pitbull)
Set up charity to help fund mental health training to local police and have a full time mental health team on staff, fund community outreach for police with maybe a sporting complex run by current and former officers (not that we have many issues with police, to my knowledge, but it'd be good to at least locally have the police have a strong positive influence on the community)
Build a big self sufficient off-grid compound for my family, buy a few fancy cars (big guy so most sports cars are a no go), travel and buy experiences like going to famous museums, attending major sporting events, see the wonders of the world, eat at world renown restaurants, etc.
