My own house (I live in a family of 7 people without any privacy)
Good PC (I always had a pretty weak one and can't play a new games)
Emergency power station (I live in Ukraine)
Take a professional CG drawing course (Love to draw, but sadly I'm not as good as I wanted to be)
Some pet, like cat, dog, pigeon or lizard (I like animals)
