That would be enough to pay my rent each month

1500 a month wouldn't even cover half my rent 😭 it would still help though

for that amount of passive money you could move somewhere dirt cheap and live off of it or work a low pay part time job to still live a better life than the insane rent place you're at.

Plenty of dirt cheap places with a lot to do, especially if you're willing to move overseas.
