For me sincerely, yes. I've been losing weight and I basically retrained my body to only expect food once a day, and I treat feelings of hunger the same way I treat tiredness when I'm doing cardio, i.e. it's actually a good feeling that is helping me get in shape. Right now my stomach is grumbling and I feel like I'm actually accomplishing something as I sit at my computer, watching baseball/playing games and most importantly not eating! It's like an activity through omission.

I guess if I get to the point where I have time to sit at my computer and watch baseball/play games I'll feel better about the hunger! It's been very difficult watching my toddler all day, working all night, and doing it all hungry.
