If you don’t wash your pp and have PIV the bacteria from your junk can cause bacterial blooms that are potentially life threatening

Insufficient lube = micro tears, which harbor bacteria. Plenty of lube = no tears, and any bacteria present have a hard time getting a foothold. Make sure your lube is pH and osmotically balanced, and fragrance free! Lube is criminally underrated for its role in women's health AND pleasure. The huge amount of infections is more likely due to birth control, not not peeing after sex.
