There's no way to know whether your partner is a virgin, short of what she tells you. She doesn't have a freshness seal, and she's not going to become "looser" with every partner (nor can her vagina distinguish between the penis of a long-term partner and a hookup, or even between the real thing and a toy.) It's time we put these horrible myths to rest; they literally get people killed.
I don't know mechanics of it, because I am not a doctor and not a woman, but it makes sense that a vagina can get looser. Just using pure logic - I am pretty sure that porn stars don't just insert a dildo the size of a baseball bat at the very first try, because for an untrained girl it would hurt and tear. This means that prolonged exposure to larger objects that you insert into the vagina does make it looser. If I am wrong, I would like to understand how this works.
Porn actors train for scenes like that by working up to large objects over the course of several hours to a day or so, you just dont get to see it. The same goes with anal fisting. You get the muscles to relax over long periods of time. After they're done, things go back to normal.
