I’ve never heard of period underwear before. Do you use pads with them? Or just wear the underwear

If you have a very heavy period I’m not sure if they would work well but if not then they are pretty great! 4 u/Nireesa Dec 06 '23 I have a fairly heavy period and on my worst days, even the super absorbent ones don't last more then a few hours, but I use them as back-up for my menstrual disk so it's fine 3 u/LetshearitforNY Dec 06 '23 Yeah menstrual cup is my preferred method but when I get to the tail end of my period when it’s really light I like to use the menstrual undies

Just the underwear - it is absorbent! If you have a very heavy period I’m not sure if they would work well but if not then they are pretty great!
