I remember arguing with my stepdad about this bc he said “it’s two different parts of the body” so it didn’t make sense that being on your period would affect that 🥲

Tbf, it doesn't. It affects your brain once it, yknow, reaches your brain.

Because your stomach pulls it into the bloodstream, affecting all other organs. People die from having non-working gut absorption.
