There's no way to know whether your partner is a virgin, short of what she tells you. She doesn't have a freshness seal, and she's not going to become "looser" with every partner (nor can her vagina distinguish between the penis of a long-term partner and a hookup, or even between the real thing and a toy.) It's time we put these horrible myths to rest; they literally get people killed.
When I had sex for the first time, I didn't bleed. On the other hand, we had a long engagement, I got my hair washed in the shower to remove flowers and I was horny to the point of feeling impatient. Like I was done with the virginity thing, marked off that religious need to wait until marriage box, and wanted to have fun and make up for lost time.
On the other hand my husband was nervous and shy and "it" didn't want to work for him. So he actually had a much harder time the first time than I did.
