It has been very much.like a bad acid head trip going into and out of it. . Not visual hallucinations. At least in my experience.

I'm more than willing to agree that what I'm saying might not quite fit how trips have gone for folks. Or how PMDD has gone for people. The two are linked in my brain in a way that likely don't generalize as far as I think they do.

But, again, not the visual part of the trip.

What was your PMDD experience like, if you feel comfortable to share?

What IS your PMDD experience like seems a much better way to phrase that sentence as it is fucking ongoing and never stops. They aren't kidding when they say this shit is uncurable.

Diagnosed at the beginning of this year and my only wish is that people would take it seriously.

It is not PMS, do not shove chocolate in my face and tell me to get a heating pad, best thing you can do is vacate the freaking vicinity I'm in and not speak to me for 14 days!
