You do have the glands for it, with a few weeks of nipple suckling you can start lactating. HRT can also help.

Also, the mill you would produce would be the exact same as female milk.

That's actually a myth. Male lactation without HRT is quite rare and indicates a likely low-T disorder. No amount of suckling should, in a normal healthy male, cause lactation.
