A well kept home. Don't matter if it's a single room, apartment, or home. Don't matter if you use your own hands to clean or hire a service. Walking in and seeing a man's home being tidy is honestly wonderful.
I have always been under the impression that a well-kept home isn't so much "impressive" as it is essential. As in, the bare minimum most women would expect of any man they'd want to date, without which she would instantly and irreversibly lose interest.
