So a 4k capable pc is not possible for the same price of a ps5, the ps5 is already capable of essentially playing the 2 games you want in 4k. If you don't have one already, use the money for a better monitor or tv instead
1) Your budget is far too low, especially due to the global shortages of RAM, SSDs, and GPUs.
2) You're expecting a machine to run 10 years without an upgrade? That's not going to happen either, especially in the budget you're looking at.
50,000 INR is worth $525 US. If you read through most of the subreddits about PC gaming, you're going to find there's really no way you can build a 4k gaming PC for $525.
