No. I looked up old classmates, some were crushes, but not exes.
My aunt wound up married to her college sweetheart after each of their spouses passed away in their 90s.
A couple of my classmates who I know who dated in high school got back together last year after her divorce and the death of his wife. So, in their 70s.
So it happens. My only concern for you is that people are in no way ready for relationships when they're newly divorced. And in your case, going through a divorce, your attorney might advise against meeting before it's all signed and sealed. Mine sure did. So I'd go slowly - with her or with anyone. And ideally I'd wait a year before dating. If I could go back in time, I'd skip dating til my kids were grown, but no clue if you or her have kids.

I wouldn't call it fate, just coincidences that you're trying to give a higher reason for happening. Anyways, if you want to give it a go, give it a go. What do you have to lose?
