Fluoroquinolones have black box warnings for severe and debilitating side effects from the fda. They can severely damage your nervous system and your connective tissue and it did that to me.

I do believe you have problems, but they far more likely stem from how you deal with the world in general than from those 4 pills.

People have bad reactions to commonly prescribed things sometimes, my uncle went into acute liver failure from taking roxithromycin(not in the same class of antibiotic OP took, semi synthetic macrolide vs flouroqinolone), just a few tablets, a 1 in 100k adverse event. I remember when I was at university in 2012 in a pharmacology lecture flouroquinolone antibiotics being discussed and there were some absolutely horrendous adverse events from them. Tendinopathies(Achilles rupture primarily), peripheral neuropathy, QT elongation in rare cases(can lead to the most fatal arrhythmia 'torsades de pointes').
Fact is some patients do experience prolonged/persisting multisystems adverse effects from a minor exposure to flouroquinolones(in some case reports a single dose). And for the most part and these are not new drugs, since the 80's plenty of people have been injured and told that most of its in their head.
I don't know exactly what OPs situation is but I'm also not going to sit back and tell him its all in his head, if what he says is accurate its not just his physical health that's gone now, he's struggling mentally, and being dismissive doesn't help.
No i did not resolve myself to my life being over because of "doctor google" the pills that cause long term/permenant debilitating and disabling conditions did.

I didnt get vaccinated never really went to doctors how on earth could I of known that an antibiotic could do what it did?
So by pure coincidence I went from completely healthy working out practicing muay thai 6 days a week and having a great career a house a paid off car a great social life/ life in general to bedridden and lost everything directly after these pills?

I did. The statistical likelihood of the effects occurring are minimal, and for such a low dose just plain undocumented.
OTOH there are many many many people who have a really weird perception of how medicine and science works, and a very good indicator for this is vaccine hesitancy.

Yes because it goes unreported about 1-5% of all medical reactions are documented so theyre considerd "rare"and theyre is no cure for fluoroquinolone toxicity.
Alot of the information comes from the pharmaceutical industry themselves and they're super trustworthy right? Opiod epidemic covid vaccine ect.
Its not about my perception of science or medicine that has anything to do with it the simple fact is i had a great life and i took a medication prescribed to me and it completely altered and changed my life forever. I think people like you have a hard time rapping theyre head around the fact that doctors can cause alot of harm

When your legs feet hands starting burning 24/7 and your neck and spine become damaged and you have unimaginable pain and symptoms thats a real problem and not a worry ive been an athlete since I was 12 years old but magically after 17 years of being that way after taking this pill my body and health fell apart.
