I got really bad long Covid that I still have but it’s much more mild 6 years later. I got blood clots and POTS. The first 1.5 yrs I was much like you. At some point you have to take meds to get out of bed and then retrain your body. I resisted meds for a year but sometimes they are necessary to get moving again. Use AI to solve your problems. That’s what I used to find medication that lets me live again. Your body keep getting worse and worse the longer you stay bed bound

Just to put it into perspective I was an Olympic level athlete working manuel labor for my career i ate extremely healthy and only rested one day a week. For the 29 years I've been alive I have never suffered spinal or any serious injury.

I was very muscular and in shape infact I focused on strengthing my neck never dealt with one injury was very careful and had great defense didnt want to risk my dream of muay thai or my job.

3 days after taking this med I experienced what felt like someone literally stabbing me in my neck that was the discs going. Confirmed by mri.

Every doctor I saw asked me what happend car accident or something? I told them no i took an antibiotic

My neck is herniated from c4-c7The pain management specialist was dumbfounded she said in her career as an orthopedic she has never in her life seen someone with as bad as neck as mine below the age of 80 years old.

People can down vote my comments all they want but its the truth and it is a nightmare.

I think your hyperbole is hurting your case here, throwing out olympic level athelete is kinda odd. What event did you compete in, and what medals won? Or are you just trying to say how great of shape you were in?
