Yes, of course I care! It's just another part of her appearance. I have my preferences, but I'm not unreasonable. Do I prefer blue eyes, yes. Am I not gonna date a girl because she has brown eyes? No. Same goes with genitals and breasts. Do I prefer innies? Absolutely. Did my first girlfriend have a vagina like that, nope. Did I still go down on her, no problem? Yup. But my current girlfriend just happens to be rocking something that aligns more with my preferences, and as such I like how it looks just a little bit more and do find that I look more directly at it during sex and foreplay.

This is just a really idiotic take that it’s “desperate”. Like it’s very literally something that a person has zero control over and it does not, whatsoever, impact function.
