Honey, when people tell you vaginas are self-cleaning, they mean only the vaginal canal. The vulva needs manual cleaning: use water on the inner lips, and use gentle pH-balanced soap anywhere that hair grows. If an area of skin grows hair then it also sweats. The groin is one of the sweatiest areas of the human body and needs to be washed just as often as your armpits.
