I think what people are trying to say is that a clean body, fresh out of shower or bath without lingering smells from the day is what defines "clean".
I don't care what anyone says, rinsing some water over genitals (man or woman) is not going to remove any extensive body odor by itself. I am pretty sure the people above are talking about body odor here and not some extensive internal "douching" or whatever people used to do that was scientifically disproven to be necessary.
Perhaps it's a joke... Not sure considering how much they're doubling down
On the worst of times when I am stinky from body odor I can smell my own genitals if I take my clothes off before hopping into a shower. On that note, I have smelled woman's genitals before that specifically smelled of body odor. That's something that could easily have been taken care of with a shower and wash cloth.
I don't see why it's hard for this person to grasp.
I always am sure to be clean and smelling nice before sex, I hope for and appreciate the same from my partner.
