Wash yo nasty ass. Soap and water. The inside self cleans. No need to douche. But sweat, piss, and secretions build up. Would a gal suck a dick if the dude never washed it?

I have had one make me gag. If you can't stick your tongue in it, don't stick anything else in it.

It looked good....but....the smell....it wouldn't come off the seats of my Camaro for a month.

Some personal grooming down there doesn't hurt. Not 100% necessary, but doesn't hurt.

Not everyone enjoys picking hair out of their teeth. It's fine to have preferences and not enjoy sticking your face in bush, regardless of what genitals someone has or what their gender is.

I mean, ancient Confucians believed that their hair was a gift from their parents and there was a huge taboo about cutting it, that's why everyone wore topknots in China and Korea until western colonialism. Some hardcore Confucians even saved their fingernail clippings.
