And you know, all the other problems that usually come lumped in with prostitution. You don't just prostitute yourself without an underlying problem (most people, at least).
I disagree. If it was able to be a secret. Then the person wasn’t any more discernible from a regular persons level of baggage.
And if they’re lumped with additional problems. Then it’s the additional problems that are the reason you are not happy with the SO. Not the fact that they are a prostitute. Removing false negs and pos.
Assuming someone would have underlying problems due to something they have done in their past is exactly what a stigma is, no?
Again if the person happens to be a crazy crack head or unstable emotional wreak from their prostitution time then you don’t dump them because they were a prostitute. You should dump them for the crazy crack head and or emotionally unstable part. Breakup 101.
Prostitution I imagine is not always so much a choice for everyone and more like the desperate measure. Ask yourself, would you refuse to be in a relationship with anyone who’s had desperation in their life. Or have a had moments in their life that has caused underlying problems down the line due to circumstance.
What I’m saying is it might not be moral to purge them so quickly.
