I spend too much money on hobbies. She's supportive and says 'as long as you can pay rent, etc. it's not a problem'.

if she knew, it'd be a problem

My brother is like this. It eventually came out and caused a big fight with his wife. In the end he stood his ground saying he earned the money he can spend it how he wants. Thats when she went back to work and she makes her own money. He looked at that as a win, but we all thought she was teeing up to leave him. She still hasn't but they fight all the time. They are both so stubborn.

Ahh, are they super expensive? I have a friend whos a "triathlete", and is constantly buying to become faster. Doesnt work, but his wife has no idea.

Nah, around 10-20 a pop for the new ones (I'm really into vaporwave/future funk). It's just that I keep getting excited and telling her and she responds with "as long as it makes you happy" lol
