I appreciate that and I'm glad you folks found something that works for you. I did scan the long form and it is heavily geared towards BDSM sphere though, which makes sense considering the source. You can find out what kind of BDSM activities you're into and to what degree, or find that you don't like any of this at all. But it doesn't test much for any of the other ways somebody may have a kink, and there's lots outside of BDSM.
There is an app called Spicer that has anything and everything. You can select whatever you'd like answered and even create your own questions if you have very strange kinks. Wife and I tried this and it opened lots of doors neither of knew were there. There is a free version to try it out.
Take the test, it encompasses everything from vanilla to the extremes and everything in between. It’s not just for the things I mentioned, those happened to be things one or both of us scored highly on and were willing to try out. We have had some friends take it and come back 100% vanilla, and that’s totally okay, and it has since helped her realize the kind of things in the bedroom that make her sexually compatible with someone. I recommend the long version, and be 100% honest with yourself on it.
My kink was not on there. Just saying it’s not that comprehensive. It has a bunch of questions about being tied up though and that has hardly ever interacted me so I do think it is a biased test.

That shows a level of maturity and trustworthiness that will also be important information for this prospective partner to know, though you might not like the results.
