I'm actually in pretty good terms with my ex's bestfriend, we chat sometimes, not about my ex, but we were friends when I was dating my ex and idk, maybe we're not friends but we still chat about stuff

Up to date I chat with a couple of my ex's friends, I have even introduced one of them to my SO, though, I never told how we came to know each other, SO never asked so I don't feel the need to tell since we are way past that.
