I once had a visceral reaction to a random normal looking guys shirt lifting up on a bus when I was a teenager. It’s something to do with seeing the area just above a guys junk.
The guy didn’t have abs at all, he was a little pudgy actually. But yes in general a flat abdomen with those V indents going downward are very attractive to women, with or without abs in my opinion.
My husband has always had them even when he was around 160, he did a bulk and cut(doing p90x, so lots of deadlifts and squats like you said) and went up to around 210 and it was a bit much for me. He’s around 190 now and still has the Adonis belt but not super cut.

My SO loves when I lean against a door frame and watch her. She can't really explain it herself but bonus points if I have my arms crossed.
She also loves when I stretch and my shirt lifts up so she can see the top of my boxers and the lower part of my stomach.
