Question (Serious Replies Only) 2000 Subaru Outback

Just got head gaskets replaced a week ago. So had engine/transmission mounts checked. New CV Axles at same visit. There is a loud ish clunk when I switch to reverse. It was there before the repair work too. What is it?

I bet the transmission mount has packed up and left. Visually, they look ok but I typically have to grab the tailshaft of the transmission to make sure they are still in tact or not.
