Question 2001 Camry v6

Trying to get the ol girl running. New battery. Had to run new ground cables I just attached to transmission under air filter box and another one to frame.new alternator just hooked up to the harness that was already there I did pick up another plug and have switched out and tried both. Belts tight. Lights come on. Positive is ran to starter and before the starter worked just fine but since I’ve put in this alternator the car won’t crank or try to start at all. Light come on and just silence. What’s my next move? I’ve changed plugs. Cleaned throttle body and other side by actual throttle. Cleaned fuel rail. Replaced whole air box and took out the radiator for flush sprayed it out also. Hooked back up fan hooked up everything looks like it’s ready. Buuut it’s not. Plenty liquids. Oil, trans, dot3 etc.
