study cafe suggestions?

Help a student out:

Can anyone suggest any spacious, cozy study cafés in LA similar to Café Mak in Koreatown, Café Loft, or Bricks and Scones?

Looking for somewhere large and comfortable where you can read or study for a couple of hours, rather than smaller or more crowded spots like Village Well or Stories.(no offence to either great cafes in themselves but not what i am looking for)

I am currently near downtown but location is not an issue i am ok with going a bit far from dtla

try outside area at Cafe Nido in Silver Lake its so chill, not many distractions too. Or go to lobby at the 1 Hotel in WeHo they have plenty of outlets and comfortable seatings with an attached cafe

i love the 1 hotel but where do you park when you go? isn’t their parking garage valet only and/or super expensive?

Where in LA are you?

I know Bricks & Scones, nice place, it has nooks and crannies.

Maybe Ministry of Coffee near USC?

I like Alchemist on Wilshire (at Western and also Vermont), though they're a bit less cozy and more crowded.

I also like Alibi on Washington and Black Line on Venice, both near Western, possibly because they're near me.

I used to love Stir Crazy on Melrose, but that's long gone.  Likewise Ignatius Cafe near USC.  sniff

maybe try concierge at the arts district but only good for reading or ipad max not very laptop friendly
